FoxPro, originally from Fox Software and later Microsoft, is a relational database that clones the functionality of dBase IV, but offers vast speed improvements. It was based on Fox Software's FoxBASE (a dBASE II clone) and FoxBASE+ (a dBase III Plus clone). It adds a new mac-like user interface that was first developed for FoxBASE+. VisualSVN Repository Configurator is a standalone application which allows non-administrative users to manage VisualSVN Server repositories remotely.

Visual MINTEQ version 3.1
Visual MINTEQ 3.1 can be downloaded from the following link:
Last modified 13 December 2016.
This is the official 3.1 version. The most recent bug fixes compared to the earlier beta versions include: a) negative pe values are now displayed and interpreted correctly, b) the saturation index of hydrated solids precipitated from high-ionic strength solutions should now be correct, c) the site densities in the CD-MUSIC database for goethite have now been corrected. You are recommended to uninstall any previous Visual MINTEQ versions before installing.
The version of 13 December 2016 corrects an error that caused problems conerning the SIT activity option. Moreover, some users reported failure when trying to run the program, hopefully this has been addressed successfully now. .

Visual MINTEQ version 3.0
This version from October 2012 is still available on the site although I strongly recommend version 3.1 as it includes a number of bug fixes not addressed in version 3.0.

Older Visual MINTEQ versions
If you have a very old Windows operating system (i.e. Win98 or earlier), or if your .NET Framework doesn't work, you can download version 2.40b from January 2006 below, which was the last version that did not use .NET Framework at all. Note however that this version lacks a number of new functionalities present in later versions.

Alternative thermodynamic databases
In general, I recommend the use of the databases that accompany the standard version of the program, as included in the above setup package. However, there are other alternatives. Below are the databases of MINTEQA2 (version 4.0) and Lindsay's databases, adapted for the Visual MINTEQ format in 2003. Read the 'readme' file before using any of these databases.
Visual MINTEQ thermodynamic databases in GWB format
Visual Minteq Download
In 2005, the Visual MINTEQ thermodynamic databases were formatted for use with Geochemist's Workbench. The zip file below contains three files, one thermodynamic database for GWB 5 or later, one for GWB 4, and one additional database for surface complexation reactions onto HFO (Dzombak & Morel, 1990). Extract all three files before use with GWB. See more details here.
